About the role:  

We are Australia’s fastest growing online auxiliary LED driving light brand and due to rapid global growth means we are looking for our next Outbound Warehouse Lead to support our Warehouse & Operations plans to deliver the STEDI experience to our growing customer base.

The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to): 

• Safety & Training ownership of all operational team members in line with group policy.
• Outbound orders management against business KPI’s.
• 3PL freight management and operations.
• Pick optimisation across Truganina facility.
• Managing outbound team daily.
• Working with Inbound Lead & DC Manager to optimise facility efficiency.
• DC safety standards compliance.
• Tasks as required from the DC Manager.
• Liaise with Customer Service team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Planning and execution resource plans to deliver outbound metrics.

Skills and Experience:

• Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through their area of responsibility.
• Experience in Outbound Lead role or equivalent.
• Understanding of WMS systems and process.
• Great communicator that has a positive team attitude.
• Team player that genuinely enjoys working with other divisions to deliver leading customer experiences.
• Self motivated passionate operator that is invested in personal development.
• Detail orientated with strong analytical thinking capability.
• Uncompromised “Safety First” mindset.
• Creative thinker that enjoys challenges.
• Passion for 4WD/Automotive is a bonus however not essential.
