Warehouse Supervisor

Our team is looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our vibrant team at McLeods Wangara. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and supervising the warehouse operations.

Your Role will Include but not be limited to:

• Overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe and efficient work environment for our team.
• Train, guide, and support warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Current unrestricted driver’s license.
• Forklift license.
• Ongoing right to work in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a national police check and pre-employment medical (employer paid).
• A can-do attitude with a solution-focused approach, ready to support and drive change within the team.
