The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the National Commercial Manager, you will be an integral member of a dedicated sales team of Commercial Customer Development Managers. Your primary focus will be to drive substantial new business growth and increase market share within the South-West and Great Southern Regions of Western Australia, covering territory from South of Perth to Esperance and Kalgoorlie.
Leveraging B2B digital technologies, you will cultivate and strengthen business relationships, enhance sales performance, and improve operational efficiencies. Your proactive approach will ensure targeted commercial customers within your assigned territory experience exceptional service and value.
As a Repco Commercial Customer Development Manager your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to).
- Manage the territory in line with Repco’s Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
- Maintaining a customer territory, leveraging our CRM program to maximise business opportunities and sales growth.
- This role includes regular travel within WA
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate:
- Industry Business Development Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors:
- Automotive
- Industrial
- Local Government
- Transport
- Commercial Hire
- Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results.
- Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and
- Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under pressure.
