Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
- Support inventory management and stock handling as required.
- Assist in local deliveries to customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable.
- A valid Driver’s License is essential
- Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude with mining, bearing or power transmission knowledge a strong advantage.
