NAPA QLD are looking for a Mining Coordinator to support the Mining Channel in Coopers Plains. The role contributes to profitable growth, customer service, compliance, and risk management through accurate, timely and commercially sound coordination of customer and supplier requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Automotive Parts role.
• Strong order processing, quoting, administration, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, aftermarket products, or parts interpreting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers across automotive, industrial, and mining sectors.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience supporting tenders, pricing, contracts, or customer reporting will be highly regarded.
• Mechanical, trade, or automotive parts interpreting experience is an advantage.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering great service.
• Mining, heavy industry, or fleet maintenance exposure will be highly regarded.
  

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide outstanding support to customers, branches, and the Mining Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate tender and large RFQ submissions.
• Maintain customer and contract pricing information.
• Support contract administration, reporting, and reviews.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor product, pricing, and stock information to support customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
