Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble and reconditioning driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off highway and industrial applications
- Machine of driveline components.
- Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment adhering to WHS guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and other general workshop duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Formal qualifications in fitting, machining, or a related trade (Certificate III or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience in workshop fitting, ideally with manufacturing or assembly of mechanical components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
