About the role:
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience instoreandas aRetail Assistantyour keyfocus is to ensure this - This startsfrom the moment the customer walks in thedoor, to providing guidance aroundour products andensuring theyfindwhat they need, upselling where you can andprocessing the sale at the till.
Duties Include:
Always have asafetyfocusto ensure your safety, andthat ofyour teammates & customers
Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
Process stock; receive,dispatch & store
Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, andcontribute to a positive team culture.
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Skills & experience:
This is a very customerfocusedpositionsoyou'llnaturally be a people person anda passionate customer service expert, ideally withpreviousretail and/or customer service experience.Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest inautomotive is a plus. But ifcustomer service is your passion andwhere you thrive, we like that soundofthat too! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment anddealing with a variety ofcustomers. Yourstrong communicationskills andexcellent phone manner will be complimentedby your team-focusedand'cando' attitude.
