We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to team success.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process orders and prepare quotations
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Maintain accurate records and system data entry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with general branch or departmental duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Intermediate computer skills
