Play a key role in ensuring stock is imported and receipted efficiently, on time, and in the most cost-effective manner. Collaborate with a supportive team committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Quality in everything we do.

What kind of work may be involved?

• Ensure accurate processes, reporting and information entry is accurate.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders on shipping requirements and documentation.
• Trace shipments, resolve errors, and ensure on-time, in-full receipting.

Ideal skills & experience:

• Persistent and proactive in ensuring shipments are dispatched/received and issues are resolved.
• Demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety standards and practices.
• Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong customer service focus supported by excellent communication skills.
