About the role:

Our Assistant Store Managers:

• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success

• Coach and develop team members

• Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers

• Are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers

• Always set a positive example

• Often have opening and closing responsibilities

About you:

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step

• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience

• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge

• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)

• Prioritise safety

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Saturday shifts will be rostered as required.
