About The Role
Are you a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?

APG is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics projects, own our business data structure, and support ongoing improvements across our core business systems.

This is a whole-of-business role partnering with Operations, Sales, Product, Pricing & Performance, Finance, People & Culture, and IT to deliver accurate insights, structured data governance, and practical system enhancements.

You will:

• Engage stakeholders to define reporting needs, KPIs, and success measures

• Translate business requirements into structured reporting briefs

• Provide analysis and insight to improve sales, operations, inventory, and profitability performance

• Define reporting requirements and collaborate with the Data Analyst to deliver dashboards and performance reports.

• Build forecasting and planning models in collaboration with business leaders

• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across departments

• Support business case development for system or process improvements

• Drive data-driven decision-making culture across APG

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across APG systems

About You:

You will bring:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or Business Intelligence roles

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation

• Demonstrated experience defining KPIs and delivering performance reporting frameworks

• Advanced analytical capability with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI front-end focus), with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Commercial acumen and experience working with ERP or operational systems in a performance-driven environment
