Motion operates across the Asia Pacific—including NZ, Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore—providing industrial products and engineering service to keep the world moving!
As a Customer Service & Despatch Coordinator at our South Dandenong facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, dispatched on time, and inbound goods are inspected and processed efficiently.
You will coordinate with couriers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service standards
What your day to day looks like:
- Pack and dispatch components according to customer orders
- Coordinate with couriers for timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Inspect goods for quality and allocate stock appropriately
- Occasional delivery to our customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information using CRM and ERP systems (Zoho, MYOB)
- Assist sales team with overflow calls and data entry as needed
- Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental policies
Who are you?
- Positive, can-do approach and strong numerical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in a similar customer service or dispatch role desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Safety-conscious attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
- Positive, can-do approach and strong numerical skills
