As a Customer Service & Dispatch Administrator at our South Dandenong facility, you will support the coordination of customer orders, dispatch activities, and inbound goods processing.
This role is ideal for someone with previous customer service, administration, or warehouse experience who enjoys working in a hands-on environment while supporting office-based tasks.
You will work closely with the warehouse team, couriers, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enter data accurately into internal systems
- Assist with coordinating dispatch and booking freight with couriers
- Support picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment when required
- Check and receipting inbound goods into the system
- Allocate and update inventory records
- Provide phone and email support to customers and internal teams
- Assist the sales team with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, or warehouse support
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and basic numerical skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (desirable but not essential)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
