About the role:
As a RetailCoordinatoryou will holda unique andvariedposition in the Repcostore- Using your creative ability, you will helpdecide on product placement & promotions, merchandising &storepresentation, while also being an integral part ofthe customer service team andassisting customers on the shopfloor. As afun andenergetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring thestoreis kept well stockedandtidy alongside providingfantastic customer service. Specificduties include:
Leading by example by providingfriendly andaccurateadvice to our customers
Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes andinstorepromotions
Ensuring a highstorepresentationstandard
Assistingwith branch stock levels andensuring the shopfloor is well stocked
Contribute to aculture ofsafetyby puttingsafetyfirst, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Whowe’relookingfor
Previousretail experience is essentialfor this role, andideally within a similar role whereyou'vehadexposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shopfloor with your strongcustomer services skills andhelpingourcustomers, butalsodemonstratea creativeflareforstorepresentation. We are lookingfor:
