What’s the role?

As a key team member, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting jobs from enquiry through to completion. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer enquiries, bookings, and providing accurate quotes

  • Coordinating technician schedules to ensure timely job completion

  • Keeping customers informed with regular updates on their vehicles

  • Liaising with workshop staff, Site Managers, and Technicians to resolve scheduling issues

  • Escalating service delays or concerns where required

  • Providing general administrative support while upholding ADAS service standards

Is this you?

ADAS is looking for our next Customer Service Officer to bring a self-motivating, can-do attitude when connecting with customers, team members and suppliers. We’re looking for Technicians that:

  • Service advising or customer service/scheduling experience (automotive preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and confident phone manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry skills

  • Well‑organised, able to manage bookings end‑to‑end

  • Knowledge of motor vehicles or parts (advantageous)

  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
