About the role:

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

Other requirements:

• Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment

• Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development

• Coordinate Driver delivery schedules

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Sound computer skills

• Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store

• Availability to work alternating weekends

• Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

• Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock.(This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
