About the Role
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Duty Manager your key focus is to ensure this. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday. Duties include:
- Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impression with our customers
- Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
- Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
- Open and close, and overseeing the daily operation of the store on Sundays
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
- Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked
Skills & Experience
This is a very customer focused position, and we are seeking candidates who have a genuine interest in, or experience within, the automotive industry. Previous experience working in automotive retail, parts supply or related fields is highly valued.
You must be confident working in a retail or sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complemented by your team-focused and ‘can do’ attitude.
You’ll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert. Full training will be provided on the products we sell, but having automotive knowledge or enthusiasm is a strong advantage.
