Based in our modern workshop we require the services of quality skilledStoreperson to join its strong,growingand diverse team. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Manage consumables stocks asrequired

• Inspect finished items according to jobtravelerand ensure ahigh-qualitystandard

• Assistin pick packing and dispatch, ensuring only the highest quality product and packaging leaves the workshop.

• Soft seal and mark items ifrequired

• Print labels and attach to goods

• Pick up and deliver items

• Monitor lifting operations up to 5tonne

• Inspect lifting equipment daily and complete reports within schedule

• Perform company vehicle and forklift inspections & pre-starts

• Ensure a safe and clean workshop

• Assistin other areas and personnel as directed by the Workshop Manager

Skills and experience

• 2+years’ experiencewithin the mechanical manufacturing industry or in a similar industry. 

• Experience using ERP – Systems

• Manualdriverslicense essential

• Forklift ticket essential

• Rigging ticket would beadvantageous

• Able tooperateelectrical hand tools

• Organizational skills essential

• Being fast, efficient,reliableand productive

• Fast learning ability

• Excellent communication in English

• Valid working visa / Australiaworkrights essential
