About the role:

OurTrade Specialistsare local experts, providing a truly local focus, for the local market with a level ofexpertiseacross passenger, commercial and industrial parts supply that cannot be surpassed. 

Duties include:

  • Provide technical support to ourtrade customers through using their expertautomotiveparts/mechanical knowledge

  • Build effective customer relationships

  • Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge

  • Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers

  • Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role

  • Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

Whowe’relooking for:

  • Demonstrate priorautomotiveparts or mechanical experience

  • Be a passionate customer service expert with somesalesexperience

  • Be comfortable sharing knowledge andhave the ability tocommunicate in a technical and non-technical manner

  • Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills

  • Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently

  • Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested

  • Contribute to aculture of safetyby puttingsafety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home.
