As a Store personat our Paget branch, you play a vital role in keeping the world moving by ensuring our industrial products reach our customers efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assistin daily store operationsto keep the branch running smoothly.

• Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.

• Collaborateeffectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.

• Supportinventory management and stock handling asrequired.

• Assistin local deliveries to customers.

​This is ahands-on rolethat will also requirephysical manual handlingandheavy liftingfor the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures. 

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment isdesirable.

• A valid Driver’s Licenseis essential

• Forklift license isdesirable but not mandatory.

• Commitment to safetyandmaintaininga clean, organized workplace.

• Excellent communication skillsand a professional phone manner.

• Strong customer serviceethics and natural problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Industrial Hose, Hydraulics, or similar industrial background(Desirable)
