What your day to day looks like:

• Build, repair and recondition driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off-highway and industrial applications
• Machine and modify driveline components
• Assemble, weld and balance driveshafts
• Complete general workshop duties as required
• Maintain a safe, clean and efficient workshop environment

What were looking for:

• Proven fitting and machining experience gained in a workshop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment—essential
• A flexible, proactive approach to changing priorities and workshop tasks
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes
• Willingness to participate in training and develop new skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to contribute to shared business goals
