About the role:

This isn’t just a warehouse gig; it’s the beating heart of our operation. You’ll be steering the ship where precision meets performance, keeping stock flowing, teams motivated, and customers powered up. From industrial workhorses to finely tuned mechanical systems, what we move keeps industries turning and you’ll be the one making sure it all runs like clockwork.

What your day will look like?

• Oversee all warehouse operations and team members.

• Ensure visions and strategies for improvement are translated into deliverables to achieve KPIs.

• Conduct toolbox talks and procedure training as required.

• Liaise with transport providers to ensure all stock movement is executed accurately.

• Ensure all stock is handled appropriately and sorted to the correct destination.

• Monitor and control costs to ensure all activities are kept within organizational budgets.

Who are you?

• Proven experience in DC Operations in a leadership position

• Experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems

• Confident to communicate at all levels within the business

• Strong numeracy, literacy skills and analytical problem-solving skills

• Curiosity to look at problems to determine their cause and potential improvements

• Computer literate at an intermediate level

Problem solvers that possess exceptional communication skills, exercise sound judgement and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Take accountability for sustained business success and development

• Ensure safety, training and disciplines within the site is upheld by all employees
