Your mission?

Drive sales success through energized outbound calls and product promotion — becoming a critical player in shaping the future of our business! This is your chance to thrive, lead, and make your mark.

What kind of work may be involved?

• Manage your portfolio and ensure that our customers are receiving premium service.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls targeting L4 and L5 accounts with the goal of generating sales, nurturing leads, and expanding business.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each account’s needs, challenges, and opportunities to tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Web, IT, Customer Service, Contracts) to ensure account satisfaction and smooth sales process.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. 
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, opportunities, and account status. 

Ideal skills & experience:

• Reasonable knowledge of the full Motion product offering.
• Outbound calling experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
• Team player attitude.
