The Opportunity
A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team. The results driven Business Development Manager will support and service our existing client base as well as develop and drive growth in the North Island, with a focus on the Golden Triangle.

Our client base and target market is Commercial, Agricultural, Industrial and Automotive workshops, mechanical aptitude and experience will be highly regarded. Training, support, and tools of the trade will be provided, and previous experience in a similar roll will be advantageous.

As a NAPA Business Development Manager your duties will include:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are identified and acted upon
• A good understanding of lubricants and their applications
• Good understanding of the Automotive and Commercial markets
• Cold call experience and able to perform product demonstrations when required
• Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs
• Execute trade sales programs within the designated regions.
• Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, industry events and product information sessions
