Sales Representative – McLeod Accessories

Drive McLeod accessory sales through customer relationships, product expertise, account growth, territory visits, and service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle retailers, workshops, dealers, and other relevant customers.
• Promote the McLeod accessories range, including product features, fitment, applications, and benefits.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Provide quotations, product information, and sales support.
• Assist customers with general product selection and accessory-related enquiries.
• Work with internal teams to support order processing, product availability, customer service, and issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity and communicate insights to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Support promotional activity, product launches, trade events, and other sales initiatives.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity, and account-development objectives.

Skills and Experience

• Sales, account management, or customer-service experience preferred
• Interest in, or knowledge of, motorcycles and motorcycle accessories is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage priorities independently.
• Comfortable travelling within an assigned territory or customer area as required.

Key Performance Measures

• Sales revenue and growth against agreed targets.
• New customer acquisition and development of existing accounts.
• Customer retention and service quality.
• Sales pipeline, visit activity, and follow-up completion.
• Product knowledge and compliance with company sales processes.
