About the role: We’re looking for a Trade Specialists who either has solid automotive experience or who loves all things automotive and are excited to learn. Whether you already know your way around parts and mechanics, or you’re ready to dive in and pick up new skills quickly, we want to hear from you! You’ll be the trusted local expert helping customers with parts for passenger, commercial, and industrial vehicles.
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support to our trade customers. If you’re already experienced, great; if you’re still learning, your passion and willingness to grow are just as important
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Be a problem solver and confident seller, using up-to-date product info
- Deliver service that creates genuine, memorable moments for customers
- Thrive in a busy phone role where every day brings new challenges
- Keep safety top of mind for yourself and the team
Please note: this role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
Who you are:
- You either have experience in automotive parts or mechanical work, or you have a real passion for automotive and want to learn. Both paths are valued here!
- You’re passionate about customer service and have some sales experience or a strong desire to grow that skill
- You can share knowledge clearly, whether technical or simple, and are eager to keep learning
- You’re a natural problem solver and comfortable using a computer
- You’re a proactive team player who can work independently too
- You’re flexible with your working days and open to change when needed
- You care deeply about safety, making sure everyone goes home safe every day!
