About the role:

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) your key focus includes:

  • Putsafety first, always, looking out for yourself, your teammates, and every customer who walks through the door.

  • Delivergenuine, down‑to‑earth serviceand create moments that customers remember(for the right reasons!).

  • Use your strong customer service skills to help drivepositive sales resultsand keep the store humming.

  • Keep the showroom looking sharp withgreat presentation and merchandising standards.

  • Be an enthusiastic, supportive Repco team member who helps build afun, positive team culture.

  • Roll up your sleeves toreceive, dispatch, and put away stock.(This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
