About the role:

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) your key focus includes:

  • Lead with safety every shift, protect yourself, your teammates, and every customer who walks through our doors.

  • Deliver standout serviceand create memorable moments that keep customers coming back.

  • Turn great conversations into great resultsby using your customer skills to drive strong sales performance.

  • Own the showroom by keeping displays sharp, shelves stocked, and merchandising on point.

  • Keep the action flowingby receiving, dispatching, and organizing stock like a pro.

  • Bring the energy by being a supportive, hands‑on Repco team player who helps build a positive, high‑performance culture.

  • Stay hands‑on and active by confidently lifting, bending and moving stock safely as you receive, dispatch, and organize products.
