We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Richlands.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their fluid power needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts within the fluid power sector
- Develop in-depth understanding of clients’ operations and challenges to recommend effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, and service for seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase revenue
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management
Who are you:
- Strong communication and organisations skills
- Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role.
- A customer focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Previous experience working with specialized industrial products. A Hose, Fittings and or hydraulic background is highly desirable.
- Computer literate and a good grasp of CRM systems understanding of Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
