We are looking for a ‘can-do’ and positive individual, as you willbe requiredto make technical sales and provide product support to ensure weremaina trusted advisor to all our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Providecounter sales support and customerassistance.
Supportgeneral branch operations and handle administrative tasks.
Build andmaintainrelationshipswith customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions.
Assistwith picking and packing orders as needed.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 6monthsprovensalesor customer serviceexperience within a similar role.
Good verbal and written skills.
Computer literate at an intermediate level.
The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
Experience in bearings, powertransmissionsor a mechanical aptitude(desirable).
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
