We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our FPS Business Unit in Sunshine West.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-level customer service while supporting the growth and development of our customer base.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and supporting branch sales and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Coordinate workflow to meet customer deadlines
• Liaise with internal teams and other branches to resolve order-related matters
• Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships

Sales & Business Support

• Assist in preparing quotations in line with sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Record sales activities in CRM systems
• Support sales projects, proposals, and marketing initiatives
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in customer service (industrial or trade environment desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach with a strong customer-first mindset
• Experience using CRM or order processing systems (advantageous)
