As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance, safety, and service standards are consistently met.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating receiving, shipping, handling and storage activities
  • Supporting and guiding warehouse team members on day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock takes
  • Promoting and maintaining safe work practices at all times
  • Operating forklifts and working safely around mobile plant and equipment
  • Ensuring warehouse processes align with company policies and safety standards

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example while developing your leadership capability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Natural leadership ability and confidence guiding a small team
  • Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ready to step up
