About the role:  

We are Australia’s fastest growing online auxiliary LED driving light brand.  As the Warehouse Inbound Lead will guide a small team to ensure all inward goods are receipted and put away in an accurate, efficient and safe manner in line with all company guidelines and procedures.   To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, motivated and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to): 

• Safety & Training ownership of all operational team members in line with group policy.

• Inbound order management planning, put away and pick face management/maintenance.

• Pick face replenishments.

• Cyclic stock counts.

• Stock adjustments and inventory management.

• Inventory integrity investigations & management.

• DC safety standards compliance.

• Lead & direct inbound team daily.

• Tasks as required from the DC Manager.

• Work closely with inventory & management team to optimise inbound freight & DC replenishment.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with inventory and container checking and unloading

• Forklift license for reach and counter balance

• Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through their area of responsibility.

• Experience in Inbound Lead role or equivalent.

• Understanding of WMS systems and process.

• Great communicator that has a positive team attitude.

• Team player that genuinely enjoys working with other divisions to deliver leading customer experiences.

• Self motivated passionate operator that is invested in personal development.

• Detail orientated with strong analytical thinking capability.

• Uncompromised “Safety First” mindset.

• Creative thinker that enjoys challenges.

• Passion for 4WD/Automotive is a bonus however not essential.
