The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Support Representative to join our Runva Australia team in Truganina. This pivotal role combines technical support, warranty and returns management, sales order processing, and customer service — all aimed at driving growth and delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical support and promptly resolve customer enquiries via phone and online channels.
Manage warranty claims and returns efficiently according to company guidelines.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to enhance customer and internal support.
Accurately process sales orders daily and assist with payments and sales reporting.
Support the Sales Manager with sales initiatives and dealer/distributor engagement.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Who You Are:
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in mechanical products and installations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled in writing effective technical documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capacity to handle and lift heavy products
Experience:
Practical experience working with mechanical products; winch experience highly valued.
Knowledge of the 4x4/4WD industry preferred.
Experience in technical support, warranty management, and sales order processing is an advantage.
