Based in Unanderra, NSW, you will join our branch as an Estimator / Purchaser, supporting customers and managing purchasing and repair estimates for hydraulic equipment.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and manufacturing services
• Provide professional advice on our products and services
• Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
• Work closely with your team to meet customer expectations
• Support branch performance and daily operations

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Proven customer service experience with the confidence to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Previous experience in estimating, purchasing, or procurement (highly regarded)
• Experience working with hydraulic equipment, industrial equipment, or within an engineering workshop environment
• Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical products and services
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• A genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the business
