Our Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices. 

You will be responsible for:

• Organising and motivating work teams within your section

• Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets

• Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings

• Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer

Oversee the running of a high performing distribution centre, implement strategies to increase performance & deliver exceptional service standards.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred  

• Confident and engaging communication skills

• Strong knowledge of safe work practices

• Adaptability and flexibility
