About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Paget.
As the face of Motion Fluid Power in the region, you will:
- Own and drive sales and margin performance across your territory
- Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s full product range
- Position Motion as a trusted partner to Paget’s industrial operators
This is a field-based role focused on strengthening customer retention and increasing share of wallet across industries such as Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM .

About You
- Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
- Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies
- Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives
- The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month
- Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
