About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Paget.

As the face of Motion Fluid Power in the region, you will:

  • Own and drive sales and margin performance across your territory
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s full product range
  • Position Motion as a trusted partner to Paget’s industrial operators

This is a field-based role focused on strengthening customer retention and increasing share of wallet across industries such as Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM .

About You

  • Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
  • Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies
  • Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives
  • The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month
  • Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
